Event Spaces & Rates
All events on the property are subject to the owner’s approval.
Additional Event-Related Charges
* Event Insurance: We have provisionally estimated $750 toward event insurance. The final premium and availability of coverage will depend on the nature of the event, the number of attendees, and the insurer’s terms. Coverage must be confirmed before the booking can be accepted.
* Additional Cleaning: An estimated $500 will apply toward event-related cleaning beyond the standard turnover requirements.
* Security / Sentry: An estimated $1,200 will apply for 24-hour security coverage over the two-day event period, subject to confirmation of staffing requirements and arrangements.
* Refundable Security Deposit: A $2,500 refundable deposit will be required to cover potential property damage or other charges permitted under the agreed terms. Any deductions will be documented, and the balance will be refunded in accordance with the agreement.
