History of The Antlers of DeGray Log Resort
The elegant, high-ceiling rustic home is built from logs (not log sidings) with several outstanding features to offer a memorable and unique experience. The joinery of the hand-peeled D Logs has a mortise and tenon architecture; the inside of the outside walls are real logs. The resort has two types of doors: the conventional (Alder wood) and the barn doors from Knotty Pines. The cabinets are made from Aspen wood, and the floor is made from Hickory wood. The kid's room and office has cedar wood. The inside joinery is tongue and groove.
The walls are built from Kiln-dried white pine; ceilings are T&G white pine; porch and deck railings are built from T&G white pine with interior framing built from kiln-dried pre-cut. The resort is surrounded by covered porches 7' wide and 320' long porches.
High-End Kitchen Equipment:
The high-end Gourmet kitchen has a Thermador refrigerator, a Cooking Range, two Ovens, a Microwave, a Warmer, an Ice maker, two Beverage Refrigerators, hot and cold Water Dispensers, Pop popcorn makers, etc. The kitchen has all the utensils, cutlery, and silverware.
Furnishing:
The resort is elegantly furnished with exquisite furniture from across the world; the resort features two indoor (16 jets) spas, an indoor hot sauna, and Toto Bidets to individualize exact preferences, e.g., pulsating or oscillating stream, warm or cool water, high or low pressure, etc.
HVAC and Air Quality:
Hot Spring AR boasts unmatched air quality and water. The resort has gorgeous Andersen Tilt-Wash Low-E windows, lighting, fixtures, and HVAC (with a backup generator). There is a wood-fired fireplace with a stove. In addition, the heating is on Propane. The Carrier Air filters filter pollens and microbes with dehumidifiers (for spring and summer) and humidifiers for winter. A HEPA Filter filters the air inside in addition to the whole house's centralized air filtration system.
Security and Emergency:
The resort is fenced, with privacy estate gates. The resort has digital locks and 24x7 camera monitoring. In addition, the resort has 24x7 Nest Smoke and Fire detectors, fire extinguishers, and blankets. The home features a tornado shelter in the basement game and media room. It has a gas-fired generator in case of electric outage.

The resort is located approximately 3.5 hours from Dallas Fortworth Airport, One hour from the Little Rock Airport, and 25 minutes from Hot Springs Airport, and if you have a private plane, Hot Spring County has an airport to land.
